No, there is no test required; you will only need to provide a copy of your current valid driver license.

You will need to submit the following documents:
  • One color photo (passport style).
  • Photocopy of your valid driver license.
  • Application filled out and signed.
4. How long does the process take?
The application process takes 24 hours from the moment we receive the application, supporting documents, and full payment. Depending on your shipping choice, it may take 2 to 5 business days, or 2 business days until you receive the document.

7. How long is the IDD valid for?
The International Driver Document is valid for 1, 2, and 3 years. However, it cannot be used for longer than 1 year in the same country.
8. Is the International Driver Document valid by itself?
No; in order to properly use the IDD you must also carry your valid domestic license with you at all times.
